Gardaí in Killarney are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man in his 30s in the town.
The man's death is not believed to be suspicious.
The man's body was found in a room, at a hotel near the town this morning and was removed to Kerry General Hospital in Tralee where a post mortem examination will be carried out.
Gardaí believe results of toxicology tests will help them to establish the cause of death.
The dead man was from Killarney.
