A man is being questioned in connection with the suspicious death of a woman in Dublin's inner city.
The woman who is in her late 20s was found dead in an apartment on James Street, Dublin 8 after 10am.
A 32-year-old man is being held at Kilmainham Garda Station.
The scene has been sealed off for technical examinations.
The State Pathologist's office has been notified.
A post mortem examination is expected to take place later.
