Major traffic diversions have been announced for three interchanges on Dublin's M50 motorway.
The south off-ramp at the N7 interchange at the Red Cow will close for four weeks from Saturday, 6 October.
Southbound traffic will be diverted to the Ballymount interchange and exit there before returning to the N7.
A dedicated freeflow lane is to be put in place for drivers making the u-turn.
There will also be changes to the temporary road layout at the N4-M50 interchange to allow work to continue on permanent freeflow interchanges there.
South Dublin County Council says that it now believes that those interchanges are likely to be completed by December, several months ahead of schedule.
