Three men have appeared in court charged with public order offences following an incident at Kilbarry halting site in Waterford city.
Two of the men were charged with threatening and abusive behaviour and one faced trespass charges.
All three were brought to a special sitting of Enniscorthy District Court at 11pm last night.
Two of the defendants were remanded in custody to appear before Kilkenny District Court next Tuesday while the third man was released on bail.
