A 35-year-old man has appeared in court charged with the murder of Anthony McGrath in west Dublin last October.
Derek McGrath of Fortlawn Park, Mountview, Blanchardstown was accused of murdering Mr McGrath, 23, of Whitestown Walk, Clonsilla on 29 October 2006.
He was also charged with unlawfully producing a knife.
