Sea Stallion - Towed to Orkney

The crew of the world's largest replica Viking longship has abandoned plans to sail across the North Sea because of unfavourable winds.

'The Sea Stallion From Glendalough' is being towed to Orkney, off the tip of northern Scotland.

The vessel is expected to arrive in Kirkwall this afternoon, from where it will continue to Dublin.
