An investigation is under way into the cause of a fire at a disused printing works in East Wall in Dublin.
The fire at the Cahill Print building raged for more than three hours yesterday afternoon before it was brought under control.
Plans to demolish the building and build apartments and offices on the site are under appeal by the local residents' association to An Bord Pleanála.
