A Portuguese court has postponed for 12 days its verdict in the case of four Irishmen and an Englishman charged with the murder of another Irishman on the Algarve two years ago.
38-year-old Michael 'Danser' Ahern, an international drug-trafficker who is originally from Cork, was shot four times in the head.
His body was discovered in a fridge-freezer by the Portuguese police in September 2005.
The court in Albufara had been due to deliver its verdict this afternoon.
No explanation was given for the postponement of the decision.
