Gardaí in Killarney have ruled out foul play in the death of a foreign national whose body was found in a flat in the town yesterday evening.

Following a post mortem by State Pathologist, Marie Cassidy, gardaí are no longer treating the death as suspicious.

Initial findings indicate that the man died of natural causes.

The man, who is believed to be in his late 30s, had not been seen for a number of days.

His body was found by his landlord in the apartment at New Road at around 7pm last night.
