A 20-year-old man is to be charged in connection with an incident in Dublin last June, in which a firefighter received serious facial injuries.
The fireman was a passenger in a fire engine when he was struck by a missile thrown into its path in Fairview.
It happened as thousands of people left a Robbie Williams concert at nearby Croke Park.
The accused was due to appear at Dublin District Court this morning.
