Gardaí in Limerick are investigating a shooting in the Moyross area overnight.
Three shots were fired at a downstairs window of a house on College Avenue at around 1am this morning.
The four adults in the house, a man and a woman in their 60s and two younger women aged 22 and 25, escaped without injury.
Gardaí believe the incident is connected to an ongoing feud between two local families involved in criminal activity.
They say the lone gunman fled the scene on foot and have sealed off the house, which is located close to the estates Community centre, for technical examination.
They are appealing for witnesses to contact them at the city's Mayorstone station.
