Gardaí are continuing to detain a 26-year-old man in connection with the murder of Baibe Saulite.
The Latvian mother of two was shot dead at her home in Swords, Co Dublin last November.
The man, who was arrested at his home in Finglas yesterday morning, is being detained on suspicion of being in possession of a firearm at Ms Saulite's home on the night of her murder.
He is the eighth person to be arrested as part of the investigation.
