A man accused of murdering his wife has been granted bail at the High Court sitting in Clover Hill in Dublin.
Joe O Reilly is charged with murdering his wife Rachel at their home in Baldarragh in north Dublin on 4 October 2004.
The 35-year-old was released on his own bond of €15,000 and a further independent surety of €15,000, after 12 days in custody.
Mr O'Reilly, who was arrested on 20 October, was not in court for the brief bail hearing.
He was ordered to sign on at Balbriggan Garda Station three times a week and to surrender his passport.
The court directed that Mr O'Reilly reside at his mother's address at Riverdale Crescent in Dunleer, Co Louth, and he was ordered not to interfere with witnesses.
The Book of Evidence will be served on the accused at his next court appearance on 10 November.
