Gardaí in Waterford have expressed grave concern about the safety of a 35-year-old woman who has been missing from her home in the city for eight days.
Searches are continuing for Margaret Walsh but gardaí say hopes of finding her safely are fading.
Ms Walsh was last seen in the Ballinakill area of Waterford city. Her car was later found in a car-park over 2km from her home.
Gardaí are set to extend their search tomorrow. Anyone with information is asked to contact Waterford Garda Station on 051-30500.
