A 20-year-old man has appeared before a special sitting of Limerick District Court, charged in connection with the seizure of firearms and ammunition in the city yesterday.
Peter O'Brien from Delmege Park in Moyross was charged with possession of a Remington Bolt Action Rifle and 309 rounds of ammunition.
Judge Aeneas McCarthy ordered Mr O'Brien to stay out of the Moyross area and not associate himself with anybody involved in the present feud in the area.
He was remanded in custody with consent to bail until Tuesday.
Meanwhile, an 18-year-old youth also arrested following yesterday morning's garda raids is still in custody.
