German police have arrested one of two men they suspect of planting bombs on trains last month, believed to have been part of a failed terror attack.
The man was detained at the main train station in the northern city of Kiel.
Luggage loaded with propane gas devices was found on trains at Dortmund and Koblenz stations on 31 July.
The devices ignited but failed to explode.
