Gardaí are warning motorists of traffic delays on the main Carrick on Suir to Clonmel road near Ballynoran in Co Tipperary this afternoon.
A truck overturned on the road just before 2pm and the driver and passenger of the vehicle were taken to Cashel hospital.
It is understood their injuries are not serious.
The road was completely blocked and was expected to be for several hours.
No other vehicle was involved in the incident.
