A Dublin-based Sunday Mirror journalist has pleaded not guilty to ten charges of forging and using false prescriptions at a number of pharmacies around the O’Connell Street and Henry Street areas of the city in July 2004.
Naomi McElroy from Grove Park Drive in Glasnevin will be tried by a jury in the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.
The trial is expected to last four days and will get under way tomorrow.
