A bail application by an American man who was on the US Marshals' Service 15 Most Wanted list has been adjourned in the High Court.
US authorities are seeking the extradition of 26-year-old Frederick Russell for vehicular homicide resulting from an accident in Washington State in June 2001 that killed three students and injured two others.
The High Court has already heard that a wealthy Irish businessman is willing to stand bail for Mr Russell pending his extradition hearing.
Today that application for bail was adjourned to be heard again in Clover Hill Prison next week. Meanwhile, the extradition hearing will be mentioned in the High Court next Monday.
