The body of a man in his 20s has been discovered close to the Liffey Valley Shopping Centre in west Dublin.
Gardaí believe the man was killed sometime on Friday night.
The victim, who was in his 20s, was from the west Dublin area. His body was found on land between the Liffey Valley Shopping Centre and the M50 motorway after gardaí received a phone call.
It is not believed to have been a gangland or drug-related killing.
The scene has been sealed off for an examination by garda experts and the State Pathologist.
