Gardaí say that all ten people arrested in connection with the killing of Joseph Rafferty in Dublin last month have been released without charge.
Files are to be sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Mr Rafferty was shot dead as he came out of his home at Hayworth Court, Ongar Park near Clonsilla in the early hours of 12 April.
The 29-year-old was getting into his van when he was approached by a gunman and shot twice at close range.
