The two men accused of shooting a publican have been remanded in custody to appear on 25 May, when their case will come before Dublin Circuit Criminal Court again.
Frank Ward of Knockmore Avenue, Tallaght and Larry Cummins of Summerhill Parade, are charged in relation to the shooting of Charlie Chawke, at his public house, the Goat's Inn, in Dundrum, in October 2003.
Mr Chawke was confronted by two armed men as he was leaving the premises to bring takings to the bank. He was shot in the leg. He later had his leg amputated.
