A man has appeared in court on a charge of murdering a prisoner at Mountjoy Prison last year.
23-year-old Stephen Wall of Rathsalagh Park, Shankill was charged with the murder of Alan Green at the jail on 27 January 2004.
Alan Green died at the Mater Hospital after receiving stab wounds to the chest in his cell.
At a previous hearing Detective Sergeant Colm Fox from Mountjoy Garda Station gave evidence of arrest, charge and caution.
Stephen Wall was remanded in custody to appear again in court on 13 May.
