A preliminary examination has been carried out on a body discovered at the site of caravan fire in Co Clare.
Gardai say it is unclear whether the body was male or female.
The victim's body was discovered in a field at Ballybornagh, between Tubber and Kinvarra, yesterday afternoon.
The body has now been removed to University College Hospital Galway. The Assistant State Pathologist, Dr Michael Curtis, is due to carry out a full post mortem examination there later this evening.
