Police in Northern Ireland are appealing for information after a stabbing incident in west Belfast yesterday evening which has left a woman in a critical condition in hospital.
The woman, believed to be in her 40s, was taken to hospital with a stab wound to her chest after the incident, which occurred at a house in Norglen Parade.
One man has been arrested and is being questioned by police.
Anyone who was in the area at around 5.30pm yesterday evening is asked to contact the PSNI.
