The Hague-based UN tribunal has indicted former Bosnian Serb general Zdravko Tolimir for war crimes committed during the country's 1992-95 war.
Two other leading Serb generals involved in a 1995 massacre were also indicted.
Meanwhile, a spokesman for the President of Serbia has said negotiations are underway to persuade former Bosnian Serb general Radivoje Miletic to surrender to the tribunal which indicted him for a 1995 massacre.
