The former US presidents, Bill Clinton and George Bush Senior, have arrived in Sri Lanka on the third stage of their visit to countries worst affected by the tsunami in December.
Earlier today, the pair flew to the devastated Indonesian province of Aceh to see a mosque and refugee camps.
They began their tour in Thailand, where they had urged the world not to forget the victims and the reconstruction effort.
The two former leaders have been leading an effort to raise funds to help communities devastated by the tsunami after a request from the White House.
Mr Clinton is also the United Nations special envoy for tsunami relief.
Mr Bush and Mr Clinton say that an additional $4 billion dollars in aid is needed for relief efforts in the region.
$7 billion has already raised privately and by governments around the world.
The two former leaders say that an extra $4bn is needed in addition to the $7bn already raised around the world.
