Details have been announced of a three-day festival to coincide with Waterford's hosting of the start of The Tall Ships Races in July.
The race series, which gets underway on 9 July, will see more than 20 nationalities represented among the 80-plus tall ships berthed in the city's port area.
A comprehensive shore-based programme of entertainment is planned in advance of the series from 6 to 8 July.
Up to 250,000 visitors are due in Waterford, as well as crew members from around the world.
