All 15 interest groups before an Oireachtas Committee hearing submissions on the Disability Bill 2004, have criticised the proposed legislation.
The Joint Committee on Justice, Equality, Defence and Women's Rights today continued its hearings from various groups representing the disabled.
The Government is aiming to draft law which provides as a right, services for the disabled.
