Two Dublin teenage youths have pleaded guilty at the Central Criminal Court to the manslaughter of a teenage boy outside a cinema in Coolock in north Dublin in October 2002.

Neither the teenagers nor the victim can be named for legal reasons.

The pair also pleaded guilty to stealing the victim's Nokia mobile phone and a sum of cash.

A third youth from Dublin has pleaded not guilty to charges of murder and robbery.

A jury of eight men and four women was sworn in and the trial is due to begin before Mr Justice Henry Abbott.
