Gardaí say their investigations are continuing into the death of a woman who was found dead at her north Dublin home yesterday.
For operational reasons, gardaí say they are not releasing the details of a post mortem examination carried out on the woman's body at Dublin's city morgue this afternoon.
The woman has been officially named as Rachel O’Reilly, a 30-year-old mother of two.
Ms O’Reilly appeared to have suffered head injuries. Her body was found in the family's bungalow in Baldarragh near The Naul.
The alarm was raised by her mother, who went to the house after her daughter had failed to collect one of her children from school and another from a crèche.
Gardaí say they have no definite line of inquiry and are appealing to motorists who were driving in the general area yesterday between 8.30am and lunchtime to come forward for elimination purposes.
Forensic examination of the house in Baldarragh is expected to last for another couple of days.
