An Oireachtas Committee is expected to announce tomorrow whether it considers Judge Brian Curtin fit enough to engage with its investigation into his future as a judge.
It is understood the committee, chaired by Fianna Fáil TD Denis O'Donovan, has heard evidence, either in written or oral form, from seven medical experts.
Committee members are considering the evidence overnight, and will announce their decision in the morning.
