A former employee of the children's charity the ISPCC has been arrested and questioned by gardaí about the alleged rape of a boy more than 20 years ago.
The man was arrested last week and was released without charge.
RTÉ News understands that investigating gardaí are now preparing a file for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
