An appeal against his sentence by Seán Mackey, one of those charged in connection with the death of Brian Murphy outside Anabel's nightclub four years ago, has been adjourned by the Court of Criminal Appeal.
Seán Mackey, who is 23 and from Foxrock in Dublin, is appealing against the length of his two-year sentence for violent disorder.
His lawyer told the court Mr Mackey was concerned about an article published in The Irish Times this week that referred to correspondence between the DDP and Brian Murphy's father.
Mr Mackey felt it could influence the public perception of his appeal.
The case has been adjourned until 26 October.
