The retrial of a woman charged with damaging a US military aircraft at Shannon Airport has been adjourned at Ennis Circuit Court.
The adjournment until tomorrow arose because a prosecution witness from the USA missed his flight.
Mary Kelly, 51, was first tried last July but after five hours of deliberation the jury failed to reach a verdict and was discharged.
Ms Kelly denies a charge of causing criminal damage estimated at €1.5 million to the aircraft in January 2003.
A former US Attorney General and a former UN Assistant Secretary General were among the witnesses who testified at last year's trial.
