A garda charged with assaulting another garda at the Department of the Taoiseach has made another brief appearance at Dublin District Court.
Garda John Burke, based at Pearse Street Station and with an address at Willsbrook Grove in Lucan, is accused of assault causing harm to Garda Noel Boyle on 20 July last year.
The case was adjourned until the end of the month.
