A 48-year-old man has been arrested at Shannon airport following a disturbance on a flight from Belfast to Spain.
The flight took off from Aldergrove International Airport in Belfast at 3:40pm this afternoon.
An hour into the flight, the plane diverted to Shannon International Airport following a disturbance.
The 48-year-old man, who is from Antrim was arrested at the airport and the plane then resumed its journey to Spain.
