At least 14 would-be immigrants from Africa have drowned off the coast of the Spanish Canary Islands.
Spanish police say they were attempting to reach shore in a makeshift boat.
Forty six immigrants, all of them sub-Saharan Africans, who did manage to reach land in Antigua are being interviewed.
