The Department of Foreign Affairs is investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of an Irish man in Vietnam last night.
The man, who is believed to be aged 29 and from Kilmacthomas, Co Waterford, was visiting the country with a friend.
Relations of the man do not know how he died.
