The family of murdered Cork woman Grainne Dillon met with the Minister for Justice, Michael McDowell, today to stop her killer being allowed to return to Portugal to serve his sentence.
The Department says it will not make a final decision in the case of Paulo Nascimento until assurances have been received that he would not be released early if repatriated.
