Two hundred and forty workers will go on strike at a Dunnes store in Limerick tomorrow.
The one-day action will take place at the Parkway Shopping Centre branch.
Mandate members voted to take strike action in a recent ballot, over Dunnes Stores alleged failure to address bullying and harassment in the workplace.
The union is also against changes to working hours and patterns.
Mandate's Divisional Organiser based in Limerick Brian Higgins, said Dunnes Stores management are aware of members' concerns.
'They include the lack of ventilation in the summer and the poor standard of heating during colder periods, and more recently the unilateral introduction of changes to working hours and working patterns which were introduced without any form of consultation with our members or their union,' he said.
'Dunnes Stores has been formally approached to address these issues through the proper channels and under the agreed procedures between this union and the company.
'To date this has not happened and we have been left with no option other than to take strike action,' he added.
