A Dublin businessman has admitted possessing over 500 images of child pornography including power point presentation files and movie clips.
Kevin Hunt, 40, of Brookville, Hunter's Lane, Ashbourne, County Meath admitted the offence at Trim Circuit Court today.
Gardaí involved with Operation Amethyst found the images when they searched his home and two business premises on 27 May last year.
He has been remanded on bail for sentencing.
