Police have begun a murder investigation after a 21-year-old woman was found stabbed to death at a house on the outskirts of North Belfast.
Police discovered the body when they went to the house at Glenville Road in the Whiteabbey area at around 3am this morning. A 21-year-old man is being questioned.
