American and British experts are beginning an investigation in Ukraine today into allegations that the country has sold a military radar system to Iraq.
Such a sale would be in breach of United Nations sanctions against Baghdad.
The Ukrainians have said they will cooperate with the investigation, but they deny that they sold the radar to Iraq.
