A Chinese man who was critically injured in an assault in Dublin's Temple Bar area last week has died in hospital.
The attack took place at around 2am last Friday morning.
The man died in St James's Hospital last night.
Another man who was injured in the attack was discharged from hospital the next day.
Two men were later charged with assault causing harm.
