Milosevic found to be at risk of heart attack

A full health check on the former Yugoslav President, Slobodan Milosevic, has found he is at serious risk of a heart attack and will need to rest.

Mr Milosevic is fighting charges of genocide and crimes against humanity at the international war crimes tribunal in The Hague.

The presiding judge, Richard May, said Mr Milosevic should undergo an additional medical check-up by a cardiologist.
