The Dublin TD, Liam Lawlor, is to return to jail next Tuesday for one month. His imprisonment, for the third time, follows the High Court finding he failed to comply with the Flood Tribunal and with the High Court.
Mr Lawlor has also been ordered to pay a fine of £10,000. Lawyers for the Flood Tribunal had asked the High Court to consider jailing Mr Lawlor yesterday.
