A 42-year-old man has been charged with the murder of Sarah Payne, the eight-year-old schoolgirl who was abducted and killed in England last summer. Roy Whiting, with an address at Littlehampton, in West Sussex, was also charged with Sarah's kidnapping. Sarah disappeared close to her grandparents' home in Kingston Gorse near Littlehampton on the first of July last year. Her partially buried body was found more than two weeks later about 15 miles away.
