The Israeli authorities say that they have broken up a network of Islamic militants with links to Osama Bin Laden, the Saudi dissident accused of sponsoring international terrorism. More than 20 Arabs have been arrested over recent months in connection with the organisation which Israeli security officials claim was planning attacks on Israel.
