The developers of a so-called "Super Dump" at Silvermines in County Tipperary have said that they will appeal against the Environmental Protection Agency's decision not to award them a licence for the site. The Northern Ireland-based Waste Management Operations said that they were disappointed with the EPA's move, but remained confident it could be reversed.
